Proven all-around protection – now even better
The Secvest wireless alarm system is the result of the consistent development of Secvest 2WAY, which has enjoyed several years of success on the security market. In addition to classic alarm functions for protection against intrusion, fires, flooding and emergencies, Secvest is now integrating live video verification, mobile control via web browser and app, and the unique mechatronic intrusion protection that until now has exclusively been offered by ABUS.
Wide range of detectors and mobile control options
The Secvest wireless alarm system provides maximum security for up to 50 users thanks to 48 wireless detectors and up to four wired detectors. Different control options such as code entry, proximity chip key or remote control are available for various application preferences. A new highlight is control of the alarm panel via the app.,which allows the system to be operated by mobile phone.
Programming and configuration
Secvest features an integrated web server which can be used to quickly and easily define all settings. Connecting Secvest to the customer's network even makes remote configuration of the alarm panel possible. All settings can also be entered directly on the alarm panel itself.
Communication now also IP-based
A PSTN dialling device and network connection are also integrated in Secvest. Using the network connection, IP-based messages such as VoIP calls, email notifications and digital monitoring station protocols can be sent. The integrated analogue PSTN dialling device and an optional GSM module make all conventional methods of communication possible.
Complete live video surveillance and verification via app
Live video images from up to six indoor IP cameras can be viewed at any time. All controls, such as arming and disarming the alarm system or requesting status reports, can be executed using the Secvest app for Android or iOS.
Active intrusion protection
Detectors affixed to windows and doors function as combined mechanical and electronic locks and therefore provide the double intrusion protection for which ABUS mechatronic detectors are so well known: solid claw-like steel bolts deliver up to a tonne of resistance against intrusion and especially sensitive detectors identify even the first attempt to lift the bolts and inform the alarm panel, before the intruder even sets foot in the building.
