Carbon monoxide detector COWM300 (Art. no. 37241)

Carbon monoxide detector

The invisible, odourless and deadly carbon monoxide gas can emerge in any living area where there are heating systems, such as open fireplaces, gas boilers, flow heaters and oil heaters.

Symptoms of poisoning consist of headaches, dizziness, and even unconsciousness and death. The ABUS COWM300 is designed to detect this gas - it alerts even at low but nevertheless harmful CO concentrations in the room air with an 85 dBA loud alarm tone and a visual warning display. Configured with an electrochemical sensor with a lifespan of 7 years, the COWM300 is verified in accordance with EN50291-1 and is suitable for wall as well as stand-alone mounting. In addition, the product has both a battery indicator and a test and mute function. The built-in peak level memory provides information about whether there has been a CO alarm during personal absence. The unobtrusive and timeless design allows the COWM300, which is powered by a 9V block battery, to be discreetly integrated into living spaces.
