BORA – ARGON 18 is aiming for a stage win!

BORA – ARGON 18 is aiming for a stage win!

From 2 July the German Pro Continental Cycling Team BORA-ARGON 18 is competing for the third consecutive time in the Tour de France – the world’s most prestigious and gruelling cycling race!

The confidence and ambitions of the team and the riders are quite high. At this year’s Tour, which will cover 3,519 kilometres over 21 stages through France, the German team aims to achieve its first stage win.

Team manager Ralph Denk sees it’s best chance in a breakaway group on one of the transitional stages. Emanuel Buchmann and Patrick Konrad will have complete freedom in their bids for high overall finishes. If everything goes well and the team makes it through the first week with no crashes, then a top 20 result is realistic.

ABUS is getting excited too and wishes the team great success at La Grande Boucle !
