The compact alarm is the all-in-one module from ABUS Security-Center. You can install this combination signalling device inside and outside your building. Signals between the alarm center and the accessory module can be wireless or by cable to a wired alarm panel. The compact alarm nodule is a combination signalling device. In the event of an alarm, the alarm sounder generates an extremely loud signal tone with over 118 dB sound pressure. The alarm duration – 3 minutes or 20 minutes – is programmable. In addition to the audible alarm, there is an optical alert from a red Xenon strobe light that is visible over long distances (flash frequency: 1 Hz). The alarm sounder and the strobe light can be controlled separately. The robust, waterproof housing of galvanised steel (IP 34) is protected from tampering by wall and lid contacts. The compact alarm module is supplied externally with 12V operating voltage. Power consumption in standby mode is 50 mA, and in alarm mode 480 mA.
