When the doorbell rings unexpectedly, you like to take a look through the spyhole first before opening the door. But peering through the spyhole in the door can be awkward and uncomfortable – especially for spectacle wearers, elderly people, children or individuals with disabilities. And correctly identifying who has rung the doorbell isn’t always easy.
With the Digital Spyhole DTS3214, ABUS is now offering the perfect solution. Thanks to the 3.2” TFT display (8.13 cm screen diagonal), you can now easily look through the door – at a convenient distance and from different angles. The digital spyhole provides a clear and bright image even in poor lighting conditions (e.g. in a stairwell).
A camera replaces the spyhole, so you have an actual view of the area in front of the door. The viewing angle is set to a constant 105°, irrespective of how thick the door leaf is, and covers a large area in front of the door.
