You can download the firmware manually in the gateway settings.

Use the following data for the SFTP server, user and password:
- SFTP Server: 62.153.88.125/Release
- User: Z-WaveOne
- Password: Z-WaveOne

In addition, enter the file name of the firmware. You will find this under the respective version.
