27 Special features Schematical drawing Technology/Principle of function Options • only available for double cylinders • combinable with systems Standard, X14, K14, Z14, XZ14, W14, XW14, KW14, Wavy Line, Wavy Line pro, V14, XV14, KV14, Y14, XY14 and Integral • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • only for integration into double cylinders with emergency feature or half cylinders • combinable with systems Standard, X14, K14, Z14, XZ14, W14, XW14, KW14, V14, XV14, KV14, Y14, XY14, Wavy Line, Wavy Line pro and Integral • the emergency feature with free- wheel cam contains the emergency feature additionally in the systems Standard, X14, K14, Z14, XZ14, W14, XW14, KW14, V14, XV14, KV14, Y14, XY14, Wavy Line, Wavy Line pro and Integral • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • only for knob cylinders • the coupling integrated in the cylinder ensures the prior locking func- tion of the key • combinable with systems Standard, X14, K14, Z14, XZ14, W14, XW14, KW14, V14, XV14, KV14, Y14, XY14, Wavy Line, Wavy Line pro and Integral • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • release catch is integrated in knob and functions on exceeding of tor- que by 1.5 Nm and thereby allows precedence of locking side • only for knob cylinders • combinable with systems Standard, X14, K14, Z14, XZ14, W14, XW14, KW14, V14, XV14, KV14, Y14, XY14, Wavy Line, Wavy Line pro and Integral • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • locking movement of the key set no. 2 is limited, e.g. for operating the rotation • this key cannot move the bolt, i.e. neither lock nor unlock it • key set no. 1 can operate the full locking feature, i.e. operate both the rotation and the bolt fully • combinable with systems Standard, Z14, W14, V14 and Y14 • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • After delivery of the cylinder only the keys of the first set of keys are used. • The keys of the second key set have to be kept in a safe place and must not be mixed up with the keys from the first set under any circum- stances. • If a key of the first set of keys gets lost, the locking permutation of the cylinders has to be changed. This is done by locking the cylinder with a key from the second set of keys. Therefore, the key has to be turned 360°. Once this has been done, no key from the first set can lock the cylinder anymore. • If the lost key was authorized for several cylinders, all the cylinders like- wise have to be locked with the key from the second set. • combinable with systems Standard, X14, Z14, XZ14, V14, XV14, Y14 and XY14 • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • housing and core in brass, chromium-plated • the housing and core pins for the standard drill protection are made of steel pins coated in nickel silver • the cams are made of a high-graded sinter material with a zinc-nickel-lining or made of brass with a chrome lining with special cams • cam, core retaining clip and screw zinced and yellow-chromed • tested on corrosion resistance according to DIN 50021-SS (climate and salt mist test) • combinable with systems Standard, X14, K14, Z14, XZ14, W14, XW14, KW14, V14, XV14, KV14, Y14, XY14 and Integral • for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders • used for the controlled breaking of the cylinder on a specified point • order example: 410BR01 - 3030 • combinable with systems Standard, Z14, W14, V14 and Y14 • ABUS Pfaffenhain profile cylinders have been confirmed up to fire resi- stance class T 90 in a report of the department of material examination in North Rine-Westphalia • all systems, for 5 pin and 6 pin cylinders
