To protect the sports facility in the best possible way, the Oberwiesenthal ski jump facility relies on regional quality from ABUS Pfaffenhain. The customized locking system protects outdoor facilities and functional buildings as well as the ski jumps themselves.

High security

For optimal security, a Vitess.1000 master key system with a total of 80 locking cylinders and 125 keys was installed.

Comfortable flexibility

• The general master key system offers the advantage that some keys lock only certain doors, while the master key locks the entire system. Thanks to this system, specific access options can be assigned.
• ABUS makes it possible to open house, apartment and cellar doors as well as the mailbox with just one key. With our combination keys, mechanical and electronic locking cylinders can be combined in a locking system. With a transponder in the key cap, alarm systems and third-party systems can also be controlled.

Ski jump Oberwiesenthal

The ski jumping facility in the spa town of Oberwiesenthal at the foot of the Fichtelberg mountain has seven ski jumps that can be used all year round. Whether a professional athlete or a beginner in childhood: every ski jumper is optimally trained here. There are youth and children's ski jumps for the youngsters. But also for the professional class the jumps in the Alpine ski resort at the Fichtelberg are suitable. Here, athletes literally find the right jump for their career without forgetting their origins. Thus, the jumps are part of the federal base winter sports for ski jumping and Nordic combined. In 2020, the jumping decisions for Nordic combined and ski jumping of the FIS Junior World Ski Nordic Championships and the U23 Cross-Country Skiing World Championships even took place here. If there is not enough snow in the winter season, machine snow provides optimal conditions. In summer, training is provided by a mat operation.
