The robust and corrosion-resistant Eighty Three padlocks made of solid brass allow the cylinder to be replaced. This allows the 83/45 to be adapted to existing bittings with ABUS door cylinders.

Description
This padlock with a lock body width of 45 millimetres combines high resistance to theft attempts with great flexibility in its use. Do you want to be able to open many locks with just one key?
Thanks to its interchangeable cylinder, the Eighty Three 83/45 allows you to create keyed-alike solutions. So you only need one key for several tool cabinets in the shed or for the switchgear in the factory. The padlock can be combined keyed alike with various ABUS door cylinders. The shackle can also be easily and quickly exchanged for another one – depending on requirements.
Our NANO PROTECT™ coating protects the hardened special steel shackle against rust. A cylinder protection cap that shields the cylinder from moisture and dust is separately available.
The Eighty Three gives you the choice: would you like the variant with key retaining, where the key is needed for locking? In contrast, with automatic locking, the shackle only needs to be pressed into the lock body. The Eighty Three makes security flexible.
