Description
The AirLuxe riding helmet from ABUS PIKEUR offers a top-class riding experience and makes a clear statement in terms of safety and design.
The Zoom Air adjustment system, specially developed for riders, makes the AirLuxe a pioneer in terms of fit. Integrated in the ponytail cut-out, it offers the option of adjusting the helmet precisely to the individual head shape with a smooth-action rotary wheel. The system is also height-adjustable and its innovative, downward-open design makes it particularly suitable for plaits or buns. Special fitting pads are also available from specialist retailers for unusual head shapes, allowing a perfect helmet fit to be achieved. The included antibacterial padding is washable and can be replaced if necessary.
Comfort and safety in every detail
Optimum ventilation is guaranteed by the wind tunnel-tested ventilation system with 17 openings and strategically placed air channels. This newly developed ventilation concept ensures a continuous supply of fresh air and maximum comfort – even during long training sessions. The comfortable feel is complemented by the vegan leather chin straps, which can be individually adjusted thanks to the strap distributors.
The AirLuxe also sets standards in terms of safety: It fulfils the strict requirements of the British PAS015, the European standard EN1384-2023 and the American ASTM F1163-23. It also bears the coveted British Kitemark quality seal, which stands for outstanding production standards.

  • Ventilation: 17 air openings and strategically placed channels ensure improved air circulation and optimum ventilation
  • Ponytail cut-out: there is a semi-circular cut-out at the back of the helmet to create enough space for various hairstyles such as buns and plaits as well as for the adjustment system 
  • Padding on the Pure, Chrome and Supreme models: anatomically shaped, reduced padding with a thickness of 10 mm for improved ventilation and air circulation – divided into front and back padding
  • ZOOM AIR: height and width adjustment system including semi-integrated rotary wheel for an optimum helmet fit – the adjustment system is open at the bottom and therefore suitable for any hairstyle
  • Half ring: ring connected to the adjustment system that covers half of the head and can be adjusted narrower or wider depending on the size of the head circumference – for optimum adjustment of the helmet size
  • Padding on the Supreme Glam model: high-quality, Italian-made, closed ComfortPadding with a thickness of 10 mm 
  • Fitting pads: pads available as accessories from specialist retailers for a perfect helmet fit – even for unusual head shapes
  • Additional safety feature: extra deep-drawn lower edge of the helmet for maximum protection
