Description
Tyres, complete wheels, pyrotechnic products, tools and machinery are high-value goods that are stored in containers and require good security. The ConHasp GRANIT™ 215 is the first choice when it comes to protecting high-value items.
The ConHasp hasp is made of resistant steel and is manufactured using a special welding process. All parts are corrosion protected. Fastening the container lock to the container with two solid bolts creates a particularly robust connection.
Container lock + padlock
In combination with a padlock, the containers can be securely locked. There are different variants of the product, depending on requirements: The ConHasp GRANIT™ 215 is available both without a padlock and in combination with a suitable padlock. The padlock is available keyed alike or keyed to differ, with or without cylinder, depending on the variant.
If the hasp is combined with the Rock 83/60HB100-5 padlock, it is possible to install a Europrofile half cylinder yourself and integrate the container lock into existing locking systems.
Tested and recognised
In combination with padlocks 37/55HB100 and 37RK/70HB100, the hasp is recognised in the highest class B in accordance with VdS guideline 3503. The approval also applies to the set comprising container lock and padlock 83/60HB100-5, but only in conjunction with a VdS Home class profile cylinder. Our recommendation: the VdS A-certified Bravus 2000, 2500, 3000, 3500 or 4000 profile cylinders.
This means that the above combinations of hasp and padlock offer additional protection against attacks on the container. If, for example, the container bars are cut, the container lock remains securely in position and cannot simply be removed.
We recommend using the hasp together with a GRANIT™ or Rock padlock listed in the variants to achieve the best possible security.
