Whether you are traveling in an RV, a camper, van, or just pitching your tent at a campsite, one thing is certain: there’s no way to take your entire household with you. It’s important to pack thoughtfully, but not to forget anything important.

Our tips at a glance:

  • The basic equipment includes: Indestructible camping dishes and utensils, camp stoves, and food that has a long shelf life.
  • To keep your grill or bikes from being stolen out front of tent while you’re right around the corner, for example, it is also advisable to make sure you have a basic set of security products - such as with the Combiflex roll-back cable lock.
  • Remember your travel documents. It is best to make copies of the most important documents (ID card, passport, driver's license, vaccination certificate) in advance so that it is easier for you to prove your identity later if you lose them. An RFID blocker for debit and credit cards can also be a good way to prevent your cards from being read by strangers.
  • Pack a ground sheet for the tent, which can be helpful especially when the ground is damp.
  • For your bike lock and backpack lock, our PS88 care spray cleans dirty cylinders in just a few moments.

One person wants to jog around the lake, the other one wants to go into town to get breakfast...  but there's only one key?

With our lockable KeyGarage key box, you can make it work! Use the shackle to attach the key box to a fixed object, like the door handle or hitch on camper and store the key inside, protected with a multi-digit code. You can also use our KeyGarage to store USB sticks with important documents or other smaller items like shower tokens, credit cards, and more.

When camping, you usually need to make sure that all gear can be protected from others at any time with a few simple steps: additionally connect the bike on the carrier, protect your backpack from casual thieves, or lock the tent.

With our padlocks, the practical Combiflex lock, and the Cobra steel cable, you are very well set for anything that could happen. And if a key should ever get stuck in the lock, there's our PS88 locking cylinder care spray
