Description
Discover the future of industrial climbing with our sporty Spector industrial climbing helmet, which offers extreme comfort and is also trend-setting in terms of design. It sets new standards not only for work at height, but also on construction sites and in industry.
The Spector is the premium model for your safety at work. Whether you are carrying out maintenance work on wind turbines or steering the excavator during demolition work – the Spector gives you a new experience of occupational safety.
The safety helmet has a robust ABS shell that offers maximum impact resistance and protection against falling objects. An EPS inner shell optimally absorbs shocks and is extremely comfortable on the head. Thanks to Active Padding and a breathable sweatband, wearing a helmet is comfortable even over long periods of time.
An innovative and design-optimised helmet geometry with a low neck area is not only visible from the outside, but can also be felt by the wearer from the inside.
Sophisticated ventilation technology, inspired by our cycling helmet expertise, ensures optimum air circulation. Heat build-up is prevented and warm air is dissipated through channels in the EPS inner shell. Another innovative feature is the EasyFlex adjustment system, which makes the safety helmet multifunctional and individually adjustable through 360°. A rotary wheel enables precise adjustment of the headring, while an adjustable neck strap with a comfortable rear head support ensures a perfect and secure fit.
The clips on the front and back of the helmet for attaching headlamps and full-vision glasses are a functional eye-catcher. Ear protection can be attached to a side slot, the Euroslot with a width of 30 mm. There is also a slot for attaching eye and face protection.

Ventilation openings with a honeycomb structure and intelligently designed, deep channels in the EPS inner foam ensure excellent airflow. Warm air is efficiently directed away through a chimney effect, preventing heat build-up. The result? A breathable and exceptionally comfortable helmet that keeps you cool in any situation.

The modular side plate combines maximum functionality with a sleek design that perfectly complements the helmet's unique geometry. Its modularity allows for quick attachment of accessories like eye protection, visors, and hearing protection, making the helmet versatile and adaptable to a wide range of applications.

The helmet’s unique fit and superior comfort are achieved through a multifunctional adjustment system. A perforated head ring, which can be fine-tuned 360° using a rotary dial at the back, ensures a secure fit. Additionally, a height-adjustable, multi-stage system allows for further customization. For maximum comfort, the wide rear headrest provides solid support and stability.

Operation and use

  • The Spector safety helmet protects against falling, swinging or toppling objects, as well as against injuries caused by impact, lateral or frontal shocks.
  • EN 397: Certified as an industrial safety helmet, it can be used flexibly for work on the ground.
  • EN 12492: In addition, the ventilated variant of the Spector fulfils the mountaineering helmet standard and is particularly suitable for working at height.
  • Please note: Use the red buckle for working at height. The black chin buckle is intended for all other activities on the ground. Switching between the two use cases is extremely simple: you simply replace the chin buckle without having to change the entire strap.
  • Use cases include industry and manufacturing, building and construction, energy production and supply, agriculture and horticulture, forestry and wood processing
