Up-to-date full HD video surveillance with HD-TVI technology

Available at reasonable prices, analogue HD cameras provide high-quality video image data. Analogue video surveillance is also very easy to install and operate as the cameras are simply connected to the recorder using coaxial cables. Signal failure is virtually impossible with these stable analogue HD systems, which guarantee secure 24-hour surveillance. Whatever the application requirements, ABUS has the right camera – from the compact Mini camera for reliable surveillance to the controllable PTZ camera for high-performance recording of larger areas

Analogue HD: the ideal choice

Upgrade your existing analogue systems to full HD with ease

Analogue HD with HD-TVI technology is the perfect solution for premises already fitted with an analogue video surveillance system with BNC cables. Compared to standard analogue video surveillance, High Definition Transport Video Interface (HD-TVI) offers loss-free real-time image transmission in HD (720p) or full HD (1080p). Video, audio and control data are fully transferred via pre-installed RG59 coaxial cables and allow compression-free performance over lengths of up to 500 m. ABUS analogue HD video recorders process HD-TVI and analogue camera signals in a single device, as well as storing the digital recordings.

Secure HD-TVI technology: full HD quality (1080p)

ABUS analogue HD with High Definition Transport Video Interface (HD-TVI) technology is the perfect solution for premises that require loss-free real-time image transmission in HD resolution (720p), or even in full HD (1080p), via a secure BNC/coaxial cable network.

Excellent price/performance ratio

Compared to traditional analogue video solutions, analogue HD cameras deliver enhanced colour reproduction, greater detail in still images as well as improved picture quality during night recordings – all at a very reasonable price.

Conversion made easy through integration into existing coaxial lines

Video, audio and control data are fully transferred via coaxial cables and allow compression- and loss-free transmission over distances of up to 500 m. Existing analogue video surveillance systems can be easily upgraded to be compatible with HD-TVI technology. There is no need to make new cable runs in walls, which can take up valuable time and money: new analogue HD devices can be simply connected directly to existing cables in little to no time.

Mixed operation with existing cameras possible

Mixed operation with existing cameras possible

ABUS analogue HD video recorders process HD-TVI and analogue camera signals in a single device, as well as storing the digital recordings. Existing analogue cameras can be easily integrated and only need to be replaced where HD resolution and a larger detection range (compared to existing analogue cameras) are desired. The first step simply involves replacing the analogue recorder with its analogue HD equivalent. The cameras can be upgraded flexibly in stages.

Live images in real-time

Live images in real-time

With data transmission via coaxial cables, users can keep track of everything that is happening in real-time and without delay, putting an end to the loss of valuable seconds that can sometimes occur during wireless transmission and could allow criminals to make their escape. Security staff always have access to live images, which means incidents are seen immediately and with full image sharpness so that the appropriate action can be taken.

Clever recording thanks to Tripwire Detection and Smart Search

The Tripwire Detection function uses selective storage to help save device memory: the camera doesn't record continuously but instead only starts when a moving object (e.g. a car or a person) crosses a pre-defined invisible line within the recording area in a certain direction. It is also possible to set the recorder to trigger an alarm and/or start recording. This means only relevant image data is saved when the digital tripwire is actually triggered.

The time-saving Smart Search function allows you to search through all recordings saved on the device retrospectively for movement information. In order to use this function, you must select a freely definable image area in the camera's playback view (e.g. an entrance or checkout area). The recorder then carries out a movement analysis and displays only recorded data that includes movement information in the marked area on the timeline, meaning it is no longer necessary to sit through the laborious and time-consuming task of viewing all data.

Access to live images and recordings via browser and app

Access to live images and recordings via browser and app

Standard web browsers or the iDVR Plus and iDVR Plus HD apps can be used to access live images and recordings at any time and from anywhere. This guarantees complete flexibility and freedom of movement, e.g. allowing security staff to ensure maximum security levels whilst carrying out a check of a building.

Central monitoring via CMS

The ABUS Central Monitor Station (CMS) software allows video data recorded using the analogue HD recorder to be displayed, controlled and managed via a user interface that is easy to understand and operate. In addition to on-site security staff, central monitoring stations can also access data remotely through the network or the web.
