The Chain Lock Steel-O-Chain™ 880 boasts the ABUS test seal for the ice spray test and the OSIMZ Moscow test mark
In order to make our bike locks as safe as possible, we routinely carry out tests and attacks in ABUS’s own testing and certification laboratory that replicate possible theft conditions. This ensures that our locks are of consistent quality. The Steel-O-Chain™ 880 Chain Lock has security level 8 and has two additional test seals to its name.

Technologies

  • 7 mm thick square chain with textile sleeve prevents damage to paintwork
  • The chain, the lock body and supporting elements of the locking mechanism are made of specially hardened steel

Mounting and transportation

  • Easy to transport as the chain can be wrapped compactly around the seat post
  • For protective transportation we recommend, for example, the frame bags ST 2200, ST 2250 or ST 2012
