The AE255 programmable evaluation unit is used to store and analyse data for operating intruder alarm systems in combination with the ABUS SLT, EL or ELT locking systems. The evaluation unit is connected directly to the activating system via door cabling. Up to 4 door systems or input units can be connected to one evaluation unit and permissions can be assigned either for access or access and arming/disarming. A Vario control unit is also required for access control with EL or ELT. In addition, special codes can be assigned for a silent alarm and for internal arming as well as a special key for the security firm.
