The Terxon MX 8-zone Wireless Extension is an extension module for the Terxon MX. With this module, you can integrate up to 8 wireless detectors into your alarm system. The 8 zones of the wireless expansion are connected to the motherboard of the Terxon MX via 4-wire bus cables. You can connect up to 3 expansion modules (wireless or wired) to your existing Terxon MX alarm center. Thus, the Terxon MX can be extended at any time to up to 32 zones, upgrading it to a hybrid system. The additional alarm zones are freely programmable and are monitored against tampering. You can program all Secvest 2WAY detectors into the wireless extension. Communication between the wireless extension and the individual detectors takes place on 868.6625 MHz – a radio frequency, which is exclusively reserved for the security industry. The latest FM radio technology with millions of codes and duplex antenna technology guarantees reliable transmission of the signals and quick and easy installation of the individual detectors. Via a jumper on the circuit board, you can address the zones of the (wireless) extension modules (9 to 16, 17 to 24 and 25 to 32).
