At first glance, it is difficult to tell the difference between the FO 400 N window handle lock, which is purely mechanical, and the FO 400 E wireless window handle lock, which is electronic. You can use the wireless upgrade kit to prepare the FO 400 N mechanical window lock for use with the Secvest wireless alarm system.

The wireless upgrade kit contains: Electronic unit with circuit board, batteries, leaf spring and magnet. Upgrading FO 400 N window handle locks that have already been installed is simple and uncomplicated and can be done at any time.

Note: We recommend the ABUS wireless test box for optimum detection of the wireless range of the mechatronic products on site.

For safe and proper operation, this device must be installed and regularly maintained by a professional trained by us. Arrange regular maintenance appointments with your installer to ensure trouble-free operation in the long term with the latest security updates and new functions.
