Thanks to its bi-sensor processor technology, ABUS smoke and heat detectors are also suitable for use in unfavourable locations (e.g. kitchens), with a detection range of max. 40 m² inside a room. This increases safety and enables complete surveillance. The integrated double verification system (bi-sensor) offers effective protection against false alarms. The self-test function can be used to test the functionality of the ABUS smoke and heat detector at any time. The built-in 3 volt lithium battery has a battery life of up to 12 years, making it ideal for use in private and commercial residential housing. The 88 dB alarm gives a reliable warning in the event of smoke and heat. The detector can be installed easily using the MHF installation system (practical hot glue method without drilling) or the MSS installation system with simplified drilling installation.
