Description
The Scator is a reliable safety helmet, whether on construction sites, in industry or in gardening and landscaping. It offers reliable head protection and a high level of comfort that impresses.
The lightweight and air-permeable outer shell of the Scator makes it comfortable to wear. Thanks to the robust ABS material with high impact resistance, the head of the worker on the ground is reliably protected from impacts and falling objects.
No pressure! The Scator is equipped with a 6-point textile suspension harness for a perfect fit. This so-called PowerTriangle technology acts like a spring suspension that absorbs part of the impact energy and thus reduces the energy transferred to the wearer's head.
To prevent the helmet from wobbling and slipping, it has an angled neck strap. An adjustment wheel is integrated on this for individual size adjustment. There is also a choice of three different steps to adjust the height of the safety helmet to suit different head sizes.
The helmet is fitted with a short peak so as not to impair visibility during work. A headlamp holder, slots for visors and face protection, as well as the 30 mm Euroslot for ear protection are important features for working in a professional environment. This makes the safety helmet modular and it can be fitted with the appropriate accessories depending on the area of application.

The safety helmet features a 6-point textile suspension system for an optimal and secure fit. The straps are configured to form a triangular structure, effectively distributing the load in the event of pressure or impact, enhancing overall protection.

The unique and highly comfortable fit is achieved through a multifunctional adjustment system. A perforated head ring can be fine-tuned 360° using a rotary wheel at the back of the head, ensuring a snug fit. The helmet can also be precisely adjusted to your head size via a height-adjustable, multi-stage system. A rear headrest provides additional stability and support.

A perfect fit with just one grip! The protective visor features a wide, non-slip surface, making it easy to put on and remove the helmet—even while wearing gloves.

  • Reliable protection: Robust ABS outer shell protects against falling objects and impacts and distributes the impact forces over a larger area, high protection against lateral forces (LD – lateral deformation), deep neck area for increased protection
  • Optimum energy absorption: internal 6-point textile suspension harness connects the straps in the centre of the head to form a triangle – the "PowerTriangle", optimum load distribution and wearing comfort
  • Pleasant air circulation: side and rear ventilation openings dissipate heat and ensure very good ventilation on the head
  • Ergonomics and fit: EasyFlex adjustment system for individual adjustment via the 360° headring and a neck strap, equipped with a non-slip rotary wheel and a rear head support for optimum hold and fit
  • Comfort: washable and replaceable forehead padding with Velcro fasteners for easy attachment, very good moisture regulation
  • Practical GripZone: wide, non-slip surface on the helmet peak so the helmet can be put on and removed easily, short peak enables maximum field of vision in difficult working conditions
  • Modularity: Multifunctional side plate with adapter click system for visors and face protection, 30 mm Euro slot for attaching ear protection, rear clip for full-vision glasses, slots for business card holders and headlamps
  • Standards: EN 397 (industrial safety helmets)

Operation and use

  • Depending on the type, safety helmets protect against falling, swinging, toppling or falling objects, as well as against injuries caused by impact, lateral or frontal shocks.
  • EN 397: Certified as an industrial safety helmet, it can be used flexibly for work on the ground.
  • Use cases include industry and manufacturing, building and construction, power generation and supply, agriculture and horticulture, road construction and civil engineering, forestry and wood processing
