Detects the body heat field of living beings and movements in the room

The wireless motion detector detects people in the detection range based on their body heat field and on changes in movement. To do this, it uses 2 independent detection methods to precisely detect movements: passive infrared (PIR) and microwave (MW). Unauthorised entry triggers an alarm when both methods detect movement (high false alarm protection). Optional: animal-immune operation.

Secure, reliable: close-meshed surveillance

With a detection area of up to 10 x 10 m (aperture angle: approx. 85°), a single wireless motion detector can monitor large rooms almost completely. The spherical lens design (PIR) with uniform room coverage and active radar surveillance (microwave) ensures absolutely reliable detection. The under-crawl protection closes blind spots.

Secure connection, long range

The wireless detector is taught into the Secoris system via the wireless extension (BUMO60030). The connection is protected against tampering by third parties by a highly encrypted wireless protocol. Encrypted with AES128 (similar to online banking) and protected against so-called replay attacks. The wireless range is over 700 m (free field).

Flexible installation

Thanks to the MW sensor, the detector can be mounted flexibly in the room. Optimal installation location: on the wall or in a corner, approx. 1.80 to 2.40 m above the floor.
