The siren and flash dummy is installed outside of your building. It is a visible sign that your home is effectively protected against break-ins. An alarm siren on the outside wall is sufficient reason for most casual burglars to give up their attempt on the first try. Even without a real siren and flashing lights, this mock-up is a real deterrent. With dimensions of 19 x 31 x 11.5 cm, it is not only conspicuous, but it also cannot be distinguished from a signal generator with real functions. The reason: The mock-up consists of the same weather-proof aluminium housing as its real counterpart. In addition to the mock-up, it is recommended in any case that you install another (smaller) signal generator with a real siren. You can install this acoustic signal generator inside your building (or in a less conspicuous location).
